Types of MentorsLead Mentor: Devoted to “Shepherding” a client through the CIC Business Incubator process, i.e., making sure that clients have completed the necessary steps.
Expert Mentor: A person who brings specific business or life skills to enhance the client experience.
Business leaders and owners, CEOs of companies and local organizations who are subject matter expert |
RequirementsLead Mentor: have the ability to open a network of Expert mentors for clients. Lead Mentors are exceptional listeners, coaches and have the knowledge to lead from their own experiences. 4-8 hours a month per client.
Expert Mentor: will be asked to engage for a specific purpose, who’s expertise is needed to enhance the learning experience for client, i.e., Sales Marketing, Social media, accounting etc. 1-2 hours a month per client.
